Placed a 75.00 bulk order and when it arrived the landing net was damaged. I informed them by email with a photo of the damaged landing net but was told they could not open the file. Rather than take my word or offer a solution they argued the point. I had no choice but to return the landing net and whilst a full refund for the net was received no offer for return postage was made. Poor customer service and a company that I would not recommend Stay clear!
There seems to be a few complaints about rude & arrogant staff here, however, on the 2 occasions I've spoken to the employees/owner I've had a good experience.Re' transactions - The store always has a real time website stock inventory, prices are competitive, and everything has always been received in a timely manner.I'm very impressed, & will carry on buying from here as a result.
