Never buy from this place. We ordered a meal online and took 2h to turn up. Some people may say that's ok, same here. Then the delivery driver turns up and says sorry we don't carry change bags so a meal that costs 16 pound became 20 and we are told he will bring it back. 5 minute later during our meal the driver reappears to give me my change, no sorry or have a good meal simply walks off like I'm an inconvience. Contact the shop and told sorry we didn't give the driver a money bag. asked to speak to a manager, no manager available. Manager then contacted me 30mins later and i asked for a refund as the meal they sent was also inccorect. I was told hmmmm yes sorry hmmmm yes I will take it up with the driver mmmmmm yes I can't give you a refund you've had the food although incorrect, and then to add insult to the fury he put the phone put down on me. Don't buy here disgusting attribute from all the staff except the lady answering the phone. If they read this take some experience from that lady and realise when you have lied, not provided the service you offer and customers are important then I would highly recommend you never buy from this shop.
